1. The minimum taxable amount of each order must be at least €130
2. The packing unit shown on the price list is binding in the case of orders whose quantities approximate those described, the company reserves the right to unify them s a in excess or under.
3. This price list cancels and replaces the previous ones.
4. Prices are understood to be ex Paderno Dugnano.
5. Contingent market situations may be coercive on the stability of market prices shown on this price list.
6. Goods travel at the buyer’s risk even if the return is free port, we will not be held responsible for shortages, theft, breakage or damage avve-nished during transportation.
The consignee must always, before signing the TD, check that all packages are present and that there is no damage to the material received, including by opening the packages. Any anomaly or difference found, must be marked on the DDT, spe-cificating exactly the reason for the reservation (generic reservation is not sufficient) in the absence of reservations the material is considered accepted.
7. Eight days after receipt of the goods, no complaints will be accepted.
8. The sole place of jurisdiction for any dispute shall be Turin.
9, In case of non-payment by the deadline, the amount will be increased by interest equal to the official discount rate.
10. Any returns must be authorized by us in advance and shipped prepaid. Returns of goods made after the year of purchase of the goods will not be considered. Returned goods must be accompanied by regular packing slip on which the details of the purchase invoice for the returned goods are shown. Please note that our warehouse will reject back to the sender all packages that do not cover the modalities required in item 10.
11. NEW CUSTOMERS: For the first 3 orders, and in any case, until an overdraft line is established, orders will be shipped COD.
